Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping offered in United States for Orders $75 and over (Before Tax). All domestic orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or ONTRAC! PO boxes will be shipped through USPS.


From the date of your purchase, please allow for 1-2 business days to ship out. Please also be sure to confirm your address and shipping information for your order at check out! If an error was made and you need to change your shipping information after order has been placed please message us as soon as possible, within 24 hours of placing the order. In addition your estimated delivery starts when your order has been shipped out! 


Damaged Shipments

Dawn and Jolie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Please refer to your courier and given tracking information to submit a claim to them if your shipment was lost, stolen, or damaged. Please contact our customer service within 24 hours in the event this does happen. 

International Shipping

For international shipping, shipping fees charged by Dawn and Jolie DO NOT include customs and duty fees that may be charged by the country of residence. We are not responsible for these taxes and fees and will not refund these incurred charges. International items will ship USPS, we cannot guarantee your estimated delivery date, please refer to your tracking information for this! Please be aware that you may be charged an additional fee to have the items delivered to your door. These fees vary based on your country of residence.


SHIPPING FAQ'S
Orders that need to be changed and or cancelled after being placed must contact us ASAP. Again please double check your address as well as shipping information before completing your order at checkout! 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable and may vary depending on where you do live. 

Shipments time on reaching you may vary, Dawn and Jolie is not responsible for delays caused by our mail couriers. We cannot refund shipping charges if couriers do not meet estimated/expected shipping times. 

Tracking your shipments:
In the event that your items are lost or stolen in transit please contact your given courier. The carrier will typically open an investigation for your shipment and will start the process of guiding you through the next steps of either getting a refund or obtaining your shipment from them. We send tracking information to you immediately, please keep in mind that your expected delivery date begins once the order has been shipped out. Once your order has been shipped you will be able to track your shipment the entire time from being shipped to making its way to you through your carrier. We are not responsible for orders that are shown as delivered, this is another case you would need to follow up with the carrier. In the event you experience any issues with your carrier please contact them directly.
