Refund and Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges
You are important to us! We want to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your shipments. If you are not happy with your products you have two weeks, 14 days from delivery date to return for a refund. After this time, our policy is that you will have 30 days from day of delivery for store credit only. You will receive a Dawn and Jolie gift card for in-store credit only, these will have no expiration date. After 30 days have gone by since your shipment delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please go to our Returns & Exchanges tab and fill out the form to start your return/exchange process.

CONDITIONS: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Any item sent with stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.) will not be accepted. It must also have all original tags attached. Please see FAQ page for additional info.  

Due to hygiene and other reasons some items may be exempt from returning such as:  

  • All Accessories  
  • Jewelry  
  • Hats  
  • Scarves  
  • Sunglasses  
  • Makeup  
  • Handbags  
  • Belts 
  • Undergarments
  • Certain Gifts
  • Final Sale and Flash Sale Items   

Please note: Once your item(s) have been received and inspected, if they meet eligibility for return we will refund your item and or immediately email out an issued Dawn and Jolie Gift Card. In addition please allow at least 2 to 3 business days for us to process your returns/exchanges and to receive your refund or store credit notification. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Markdown items & items purchased from events:
Items that have been marked down or purchased from an event are non-returnable & non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We can exchange full priced items for a different size if you do not love the fit of your purchase. If you need to exchange an item please fill out the form on our Returns & Exchanges page.
